GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

The ticket or invoice will be required for changes, returns and guarantees on applicable items.

Exchange and return policy

  • The customer can make returns or physical changes for satisfaction or malfunction.
  • The maximum period for changes or returns is 3 days from the delivery date.
  • The client must contact us through WhatsApp , Instagram , email jagperstudio@gmail.com or using the " Chat with us" Widget of our portal.
  • It is necessary to present the original purchase ticket or invoice without deletions or amendments.
  • In case of return, the amount paid or in balance may be returned to obtain a product of equal or higher cost by paying the difference.
  • The products must be presented new and in their original packaging. In the event that they are not presented in these conditions, the process of changes or returns will not proceed.
  • Returns or exchanges do not apply to products on promotion, discount, offers, auctions, JAGPER Market, sales or offers or products purchased during special sales seasons: Good End, Black Friday, Hot Sale or others.

Guarantee

  • The maximum guarantee period for any of our products is 10 days from the delivery date.
  • The client must contact us through WhatsApp , Instagram , email jagperstudio@gmail.com or using the " Chat with us" Widget of our portal.
  • It is necessary to present the original purchase ticket or invoice without deletions or amendments.
  • The product will be replaced by a new one equal or similar, according to the value of the product and at no additional charge to the consumer.
  • In the case of not having the same or similar product in stock, the consumer may opt for a refund of his money or in balance to purchase one of equal or higher cost by paying the difference.
  • Product guarantees in JAGPER Market and/or pre-owned products offered by AUCTIONS do not apply.
